When I think of my man Big Nick, I think about someone who has a passion to see the streets of Oakcliff,TX (Dallas) change for the glory of GOD. As someone who has walked close with this young man, I have had the pleasure of seeing firsthand a person whose heart goes out to the lost in his city. His freshman album "Not Alone" I dubbed the Holy Hip Hop Hood classic. I mean the beats and his down south tone most definitely makes you feel like hoppin' in the slab and taking a cruise. He has an ability to marry the Word of God with a sound that dudes on the block aren't ashamed to listen to....I know...I've seen it with my own two eyes. His sophomore album "New Life" is no disappointment either. You can see the growth in his lyricism and music selection. Again he teamed up with his bros GTK and B.Holy as well as new comers Nu Kreation and Brendon Edwards. This album is a nice blend of Hip Hop, Rock and Worship as he displays what it sounds like to have "New Life".
